What to send us.
Send your file to infos@golacapital.com, with the company name and sector in the subject line. The following documents allow us to decide without back and forth.
- A presentation of the company and its activity, five pages at most.
- Financial statements for the last two years, or failing that an activity statement.
- The amount sought, its intended use and the desired timetable.
- The company's legal documents: commercial register, articles of association, tax position.
- Profiles of the founders and key team members.
Response time. We acknowledge receipt within a few days and indicate whether the file falls within the scope of a live programme. A full appraisal, once started, takes several weeks.
